@blu - There will be a hidden file boot.ini in C: , This contains the OS boot menu, delete the line which is set for loading windows XP. Then u can just directly delete the WindowsXP installed folder in D: , also delete the "Program files" and the "Documents and settings" folder. Be sure u take a copy of all the documents u had saved in WindowsXP "My documents" folder.
This is how i delete an OS in my system, dunno if there's a more 'correct' way

Was it 1500 bucks for both, the Mem card and the reader?

@mrao - as usual, being overworked... finally got an opportunity to work on Macromedia Flash in connection with some other project so i'm a bit less bored now...
I think alster means to say that if we hadnt invented zero, govi would have got the entire set at Rs 15 instead Rs 1500 with two zeroes
