Does anyone know if the K800 is compatible with a dual sim adapter, and where is a reliable place to purchase one?

1. Delay in joystick response. I click down, I hear the 'click', but the cursor doesn't move on the screen for another few seconds; sometimes I have to click twice or three times.

This is a hardware issue. When you pressed down, a diagonal left/right signal was sent instead.

Go to the svc menu >* keyboard and that should explain it.

Remember that the joystick is a 9-way joystick, not a 5-way.

Hello, I have my K800 for about a month now, and my keypad is already damaged I don't even have sharp nails or anything... would SE fix this within warranty or not?

IMO they should fix the phone if it doesn't have any other marks on the body to indicate a fall or something

i have the same prob
but mine is a little less
can u tell me if the numbers are painted on or its on the underside of the keypad in that case the rubber layer will come off but the keys would be visible it would become like the k750 key pad
if not they we are all in touble

no wonder SE used metal keys for the K810i

I bought my k800i here in the Philippines it was almost 6 months now.
The color of the phone is allure brown. the housing is fading to black and the keypad is peeling off already. I don't even have sharp nails would SE fix this within warranty or not?

Well, the bronze part of the keys is painted, so when the rubber is gone, they are the same keys as the K750i indeed.
And I sent a message to the SE helpdesk, they say I have to go to a Service Point and they will see what they can do...
