well ... here's the deal ... the trouble & strife is at home (she's done her back in) She's promised me that she'll take me out (as I have prblems leaving the house) ... the thing is that I've promised I'll behave and not get her into any trouble like I normally do.
It's proving somewhat difficult to be *normal*

Agrophobia! Believe me it's no joke - I used to be the life and soul of the party, had a *few* problems over the years culminating in my complete lack of confidence in leaving the house.
I can do it but it takes a long time and a bloody long routine that some would say is bordering on the ridiculous.

Indeed it is proper hard, fortunately I have a v-e-r-y supportive wife who puts up with so bad stuff.
I've done the dog's shit, now all I've got to do is get some clothes on GTFOH!
