Would love to, but realisticly, that's not going to happen. It'd be a good place to work though.

Thanks for your contribution, 1republic! Hi back!

Anyway, now that we got that over with, Vodafone appear to be sticking it to Telecom on the whole "getting new phones in quickly" thing, finally. C903 and T707 now on the online store at not-very-good prices.

$850 and $500 respectively in case you can't be bothered with the link.

Vodafone are going to have to reduce their prices alot. The C510 is an example, much cheaper on telecom, and with 2degrees coming they could loose a lot of customers.

Plan subsidies for SE are only $120 compared with iPhone plan subsidies of $480 and iPhone plans include data (3GB of bonus data at the moment). A $480 subsidy on $40 24 month plans would improve SE's sales no doubt.

I'd like to see the Smart plans extended to any phone in the range and a $40 plan should include 60mins, 100 txt and 500MB, with a decent subsidy in exchange for a 2yr commitment. 2yrs is like a lifetime in this current economic climate.

Edit: Telecom are now offering a $600 credit to iPhone 3G s owners who switch to a $80 per month Telecom plan.

It's a mobile phone OS, we're talking 170MB. Anyway, done! Going offline to try it out. I won't be able to use it with a Vodem to go online. It should work with the free wifi at my local library tomorrow though...

I use about 400mb a day just browsing the internet (less on school days) so I really can't afford to download something more than a few mb if I want it to last till the end of the month

I must have left something out as I got to the splash screen and no further. Trying again. I'll put updates on twitter rather than switch back and forth on the Vaio.
