GPRS meter? you mean for measuring total time spent and data transmitted via GPRS? that should be in the settings menu, under the calls tab. just scroll to call timers or something. it should be there.

I re-flashed my K790i with the latest firmware to correct an "operation failed" situation and the timers are all reset. I shouldn't be surprized I guess but I wasn't ready for it when I looked up my phone's call info. No biggie as I was merely curious, but perhaps it's worth remembering.

did you reflash using wotan? as far as i remember, if you did then cos' the wotan is a complete reflash, it would wipe all your settings and timers on the phone. similar to a master reset, or completely resetting your phone to original factory settings (including total call time if i'm not mistaken).
however, if you update using SEUS, you retain all your data. instead of a complete reflash, SEUS just updates bits and pieces of your firmware to keep it up to date.

I used DaVinci Team for the full re-flash. Wiped clean and installed new firmware. I've used DaVinci before, always with spectacular results. Some discussions about Wotan with K-series phones lately have me sceptical about their operation. DaVinci has never let me down so I just stuck with what I know. No SEUS for me as I've heard horror stories about them as well. They change your CID to 52 without telling you, but they don't have the firmware to go with it. Results: brick.

I'm about to De-Brand with DaVinci in a few days.
Got a situation. I always thought the USB Cable that shipped with my z520 was ALSO the same used as my W810 - which it was - and for my new, branded K790 (Rogers Wireless - Canada).
BUT the cable that I used on my previous W810/z520 is VERY different than my K790. I can sync with computer on BOTH & charges via USB on both but I need to make certain.
Photo below:
z520 DCU-60 cable on Left
K790 DCU-60 cable on Right. This one is slightly darker grey.
Any Ideas?! PINS are more on left.

here is a thread about that, from what I have read it doesn't seem to make any difference although I have not seen anythnig techincal that describes what the function is for each pin
Check out this "original" DCU-60 I bought from a local
dealer here

Masseur,
Many thanks for that link. I see what you mean by not that informative. However I guess only the pins that are needed are what my new USB cable is used.
Thanks
