just bought a n78, nokia.
saddly gotta say...even with raider driver, n78 is better.
many nice options to improve quality and contrast, colors, etc etc.
pictures come out way better.
post some pic from n78

thanks for everything and enjoy your new phone mate
rickymonkey
nope, sadly this isn't possible. maybe some day SE will add EV bracketing as a additional shooting mode, Cyber-shot deserved for this kind of features

happy new year for you too!

i have k800i with raider driver, over 1000 pics...all kinds...and 50 pics with n78, at the moment, my tests (daylight) pics are "more easy" for the eye in n78...
i love my k800i, but i got say even if n78 isn't a cybershot, it's better at some scenarios...i'm not flaming k800 because for me its the better 3.2 phone at the moment.but, some pics are better in n78.. gonna try pics at night.
both phones have pros and cons at different scenarios.
i bet i will miss EM and SEM at night, but hey! i have both cellphones. with cloned sims, so i only have to turn one off other on, so its ok.
is it possible to use k800 only for pics?

Yes, something like that
I sometimes move a little my phone when I take pictures (ever when the phone is on a table) which can ruin HDR pictures. A small delay before taking the picture will allow the phone to get stabilized so that all pictures are correctly aligned. Unfortunately, I don't have that camera kit SE sells (how much is it btw?)

one thing i've observed with Raiderski mobile phone, he didn't update his phone to the latest firmware ... is it really fine using r1kg001 with your cam driver? just wondering ... just a bit curious ..

Software version is not very important.
My phone, for example works well with R1KG001, but it is produced in the summer of 2006.
May be therefore:
1/ When I try to update by SEUS,it tell me that I use latest version
2/ When I try manually update to R8BF003,it seems O.K.,
but after week,for example,
it accumulates some errors and bugs get started
So I think version of latest firmware is dependent by date of
manufacturing -> some kind of hardware difference...
On the other hand - I can`t find any differences between
pics with R1KG001 and with R8BF003 (I mean K800 unit)
Meaning above I think
R1KG001 for older phones
is equal to
R8BF003 for newest phones.
