I've personally got wierd experiences with Maxtouch & Airtel, so its difficult to pin just one. By far (at least in Bombay) I've found Orange "IS" responsive to Customers. Though I mostly dealt with the "Post Pay" CC. Infact, at times I got better Query Resolution when I number wasn't in Corporate Plan.

It is my personal opinion and experience that the cc guys are more "responsive" for post paid customers. It's because they can refuse to pay the bill whereas pre paid users cant do anything. When i lost 100 bucks on hutch, they said they would credit it in the next month, but no such thing happened the coming month or the one after that. So i never paid the bill.
