Don't carry nail-files or clippers and do not travel accompanied by moroccan boyfriends, do not wear high heels (you will have to take your shoes off when you pass through immigrations and air port floors are just plain unpleasant, check in early in order tyo get a seat with plenty of leg-space and a good distance away from the toilets (they will smell after 3 to 4 hours) and pray there will be no fat man sitting on 2 chairs sleeping all the way and snoring sooooo loud you fear the plane might explode

I've not flown for a couple of years now Kerry. I didn't fly for the first time until I was about 25. Loved the first couple of flights, then came back from the Canary Islands when it was really windy and it scared the hell out of me

We had to travel back from Barcelona to Heathrow via CDG, and got stuck in a lovely storm on a bloody shuttle plane thing. Shaking about everywhere and lurching, I thought it was great as im a bit strange, but everyone else was shitting bricks and puking. Was the second time i'd been on a plane, and the air stewardess woman was surprised i wasn't panicking. Might be something to do with the 12 pints of San Miguel the night before, and the drugs i was on for my busted ankle mind
