I tried, as per the Samsung guys they said the default master reset code is 0000 0000, it didnt work, coz i have a lock code on that to apparently, the privacy code locks up the whole phone....

Ask member fatreg if he knows any sites that can help u reset the code, if he cant help you im afraid your going to get Samsung to reset it for you at a fee.
