honest truth the phone has not crashed the whole time i have had it, its been used thoroughly and hamerred with internet downloads with ease.

PK did you try to play videos with MPEG4 format and a quality of 400+kbps and 30fps ?
with my w900 i can play videos with 350kbps quality and less, so what about the w960 ?

A video has been tested at 400kbps and 30fps, works fine, no lagging, no audio fallback, smoother than i thought.
Will try an upload a video of the phone playing that video soon.
