A message from a mother & father
Allah make you and I amongst those with whom our parents are happy with us and we never cause them any pain or grief that will jeopardise our Akhira (Hearafter) . Allah reward our parents abundantly, grant them tranquillity in their fruitful age and through their duas continue bestowing His Mercy on us, enable us to treat them in the best of manner so that we may acquire jannat (heaven) as our final abode. Ameen.

Dear son/daughter...........
The day that you see me old, have patience and try to understand me.
If I get dirty when eating.....if I can not dress.....have patience. Remember the hours I spent teaching it to you.
If, when I speak to you, I repeat the same things a thousand and one times.....do not interrupt me.....listen to me.
When you were small, I had to read to you a thousand and one times the same story until you got to sleep......
When I do not want to have a shower, neither shame me nor scold me....
Remember when I had to chase you with a thousand excuses I invented, so that you would want to bath.......
When you see my ignorance on new technologies. give me the necessary time and not look at me with your mocking smile......
I taught you how to do so many things.....to eat good, to dress well......to confront life.......
When at some moment I lose my memory or the thread of our conversation. let me have the necessary time to remember.... and if I cannot do it, do not become nervous...... as the most important thing is not my conversation but surely to be with you and to have you listening to me........
If ever I do not want to eat, do not force me. I know well when I need to and when not.
When my tired legs do not allow me to walk.......
......give me your hand.......the same way I did when you made your first steps.
And when someday I become moody, and say a few nasty things...... do not get angry....... some day you will understand.....
Try to understand that my age is not lived but survived.
Some day you will discover that, despite my mistakes, I always wanted the best thing for you and that I tried to prepare the way for you......
You must not feel sad, angry or impotent at seeing me near you. You must be next to me. Try to understand me and help me as I did with you when you started your life.
Help me to walk......help me to end my way with love and patience. I will pay you with a smile and by the immense love I have had always for you.
I love you my child......
Your mother & father
---------------------------------------------
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Every righteous child who casts a look of mercy and affection upon his parents shall be granted, for every look of his, rewards equivalent to that of an accepted Hajj." Those around the Prophet(peace be upon him) questioned: "O Prophet of Allah! Even if he were to look at them a hundred times a day?" The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) replied: "Indeed! Allah is the Greatest and Most Kind.
Your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him, and that you be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in your life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honour. And, out of kindness, lower to them the wing of humility, and say, `My Lord! Bestow on them Your Mercy even as they cherished me in childhood. (Qur'an 17:23-24)
Sayyidina Anas(rahiyallahu anhu) reported that the Prophet(sallallahu alaiyhi wasallam) said, "Whosoever wants comfort, sustenance and long life should do good to his blood relations and treat his parents well." (Ahmad)
Sayyidina Abu Huraira(rahiyallahu anhu) reported that the Prophet(sallallahu alaiyhi wasallam) once said, "May his nose be smeared in dust." Someone asked to whom was he referring to.The Prophet(sallallahu alaiyhi wasallam) said, that the man, who has aged parents and did not avail himself of the opportunity to secure Paradise." (Bukhari, Muslim)

Asalam o alaikum warah matullah wabarakatuhu
The month of dhul-hajj is here with us, alhamdolillah. Many of muslims from all part of world would be making the great pilgrimage to the house of Allah, some already there and some about to leave. May Allah accept their efforts and their hajj and may Allah also provide those who could not go this year the means and strength to go for hajj next year inshAllah. We all know that performing a hajj with sincerity and having done no sins during it results in a having a reward equal to being born a new baby (without any sins at all). But since not all of the muslims from around world can go for hajj in a single year, Allah has granted his rehma on those who are not there, alhamdolillah.
Allah has said in the Holy Quran,
“By the Dawn and by the Ten Nights.”
[Sooratul-Fajr 89:1-2]
Scholars believe that the ten nights mentioned in the above aya are the first ten days of dhul-hijjah. Imagine the importance of something of which Allah Himself is taking an oath. Prophet (PBUH) has also emphasized a great deal of importance on the first ten days of dhul-hijjah which can be seen from the hadeeth below from sahi bukhari (2/382).
Ibn ’Abbaas (radiyallaahu ’anhumaa) who said, that Allaah’s Messenger (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) said, “There ore no days during which good deeds are more beloved to Allaah than these (ten) days.” He was then asked, ‘Not even jihaad in the path of Allaah?’ So he replied, “Not even jihaad in the path of Allaah, except for a person who goes out with his self and his wealth, and comes back with nothing.”
SubhanAllah, ten days of dhul-hijjah more beloved to Allah then fighting in His path. It cannot get any better than this. We should try our best to do as many good deeds as possible in the first ten days, no matter how small it is, saying only subhanAllah, or alhamdolillah.
Another hadeeth from the Prophet (PBUH) can be found below,
The Prophet (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) said, “There are no days that are greater with Allaah, and in which good deeds are more beloved to Him, than these ten days. So increase in making tasbeeh (saying Subhaanallaah), tamheed, tahleel and takbeer, during them.”
Saheeh: Related by at-Tabaraanee in al-Kabeer (3/110/1) It was authenticated by al-Mundharee in at-Targheeb wat-Tarheeb (2/24).
Fasting of the 9th day of dhul-hajj (day of arafat) also has huge importance as explained in the hadeeth of the Prophet (PBUH),
The Prophet (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) was asked about fasting on the day of ’Arafah, so he said, “It expiates the sins of the past year and the coming year.”
Related by Muslim (no. 1162), from Aboo Qataadah (radiyallaahu ’anhu).
One of the ending rites of hajj is performing sacrifice (al-nahr) and this is compulsory for any muslim who has the means to do so, regardless of going for hajj or not. Prophet (PBUH) expressed great amount of anger for the person who has the means and still does not offers sacrifice.
The Prophet’s (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) saying, “One who has the ability to sacrifice, but chooses not to do so, should not approach our place of (’Eed) Prayer.”
Hasan: Related by Ibn Maajah (no. 3123), from Aboo Hurayrah (radiyallaahu ’anhu). It was authenticated by Shaykh al-Albaanee in Takhreej Mushkilatul-Fiqr (no. 398).
Here, I will take a moment to express a certain rule for those who have the intention to offer a sacrifice.
Allaah’s Messenger (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) said, “When the ten days start, and one of you intends to sacrifice, then let him not cut his hair or his nails.”
Related by Muslim (no. 1977), from Umm Salamah (radiyallaahu ’anhaa)
Apart from doing as many good deeds as possible and fasting on the 9th of dhul-hajj, there is also the reciting of takbeer. From the hadeeth, scholars have stated that takbeer should be recited starting from the day of arafah (9th dhul-hajj) till the asar prayer on 13th dhul-hajj, after every prayer.
Ibn Abee Shaybah relates, “That ’Alee (radiyallaahu ’anhu) used to make the takbeer beginning after the Fajr Prayer on the day of ’Arafah, up until after the ’Asr Prayer on the last day of at-Tashreeq (13th dhul-hajj).”
Related by Ibn Abee Shaybah in al-Musannaf (2/1/2). It was authenticated by al-Albaanee in al-lrwaa‘ (31/125).
May Allah accept give us the hadayat to do as many good deeds as possible in this blessed month and also to fast on the 9th of dhul-hajj.. ameen .. sum ameen

Asalam o alaikum warah matullah
neo-tech
the message of the video is good, that we should all prepare for the azaab in kabar ..but personally i do not like the execution at all because of the following reasons,
1. The start of the video shows "someone" with a black cloak around claiming the life the life of the person named hassan. Now as Muslims alhamdolillah, we all know that the angel of death comes and claims life according to the will of Allah. and no one has ever seen the angel of death of any other angel except the Prophet (PBUH). If no one has ever seen the angel of death, how can we portray Him as someone wearing a black cloak with chains and some kind of knife around His neck. This is wrong. This should not have been done.
2. When that black cloaked person leaves, the same person hassan is seen wrapped in white sheet. I am assuming that it is portrayed as the rooh (spirit) of hassan as it can also be seen coming out of his body. Now we know that when a person dies, his rooh is taken to Allah on the arsh rather than staying with the body on earth. That is again something which does not happen.
Please brothers, try to avoid these kind of videos as they do not reflect what true Islam is.
Again I say that the message is perfect but I do not like the execution.
Allah knows the best.
