Is it just down to luck that you get a bad one? Or is that luck really happening to 43% of c905 owners? Is that large number just from the early batches?

I think it would be safe to say that almost all of the earlier products suffered defects. The returned products may be repaired individually in their factories and resold as fresh-outta-the-oven, who knows?

No i really think so. Think about it wont it save networks money than having to keep buying new handsets. Have them refurbed with new software and hardware casing everything. I dont know i might be wrong.

Well I do think so too. My handset has strange marks on the 5 and 6 keys, which as far as I know existed only on the very first of the handsets. And they have the nerve to label it 09W04!

Yeah i once had brand new Nokia 6300 from O2. When i took it out the box there was huge amounts of dust behind the screen plus scratched down one side. Yes i did return it. But it looked like a badly refurbed handset not finished or just returned not inspected and shoved into a box. Shocking

In the last 2 days i've been experiencing a problem with my C905. When say for instance i'm scrolling down a page when on opera mini or again scrolling down going into 'tasks' with the D pad it will after a few clicks with the D pad i end up going into a different menu or somewhere or will take me to my contacts. This only happens when click the D pad down and not when i click it up a number of times. Could it be a problem with the D pad or is it a software problem? Any help would be really appreciated guys
