Mizzle I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of everyone here, your ongoing efforts to fuel our lust and desire for this little beauty of a Sony Ericsson

Cant wait to get my little mitts on it when it comes out.

Would you know what regions will get what type of headset in the box?

Also as regards to the kick-stand, is it spring loaded? Is it sturdy? Would it come up if taking it out of your jeans pocket?

Again thanks:)

You're welcome as well

Don't know which countries are getting the HPM-88. The kickstand is not spring-loaded and it's not really sturdy either. I really hope they change this with the retail units, as it's not something I'd use a lot as it is right now. And no, it doesn't come up when you're taking it out of your pockets, etc.

What camera did you use to make this photos?

A Nikon D90 with a wireless SB-900 set to bounce the light. The camera was set to 1/60 sec shutter speed, aperture of f/8, and ISO 200. They're not excellent because I had to do them in a hurry, as I had to go to the post office before they were closing, but they should do for now.

Well while you dont know which countries come with it i do know my country will surely get that one boxed in. If it comes to walkman phones they do their best to advertise it as the best sound quality and music experience and what better way with SE headphones. Best part? They always make the kickass headphones like the hpm-88 exclusive to a certain phone for 2 years then make it availible. So im sure that ill be getting em. Also another question ot for mizzle but for an opinion. You think SE now will start to make quality long wire 3.5MM headphones seeing as more are getting it?

Not really sure. They will have to do it in time.

I dunno but i am sure of it. Did you knwo that those headphones the W710 came with were released separate from the phone in 08 when it came out in 07? Yep believe it or not they considered them really good and such. So if they could take those as exclusives i can easily see the nosie cancellignt babies of SE being exclusive to the 995.

To Mizzle

Thanks for uploading the video

I have a couple of questions

Are there a few features missing?

Can the flash light stay all the time on while using the (video)camera?

The camera sound, can it be turn off?

Up to how many stations can the W995 support?

Is the viberation strong enough and the ringtone loud?

The volume buttons are hard to press?

Peace and thanks for your help

1. Yes, there are features missing in the latest firmware. The prototypes I'm using are running a firmware newer than Eldar's prototypes, which seemingly have everything working.

2. Yes, the light can stay on.

3. Yes, you can turn off the camera sound by switching to silent mode.

4. 20 FM stations (if that's what you meant)

5. Yes, vibration is strong and the ringtones are more than loud enough

6. No, they're quite weak. There's hardly any tactile feedback in the top row and the bottom is quite weak as well. The remaining keys are OK. I really hope they'll fix this in the retail versions.
