Having a X10 Mini (E10i)
My apps/programs I wanted so much that I payed for them is.
Astro Filemanager
Spotify Client/player (Didn't pay for it but paying a monthly fee for the streaming music)
PowerAMP - Music player for my own 10GB mp3s on the 16GB mSD-card
YXplayer - Video player
EasyTether - Connecting my Netbook to the Internet (Better with 10" screen and Firefox than 2.6" and the limited web browser)
Have bought and tested some other programs but too, but uninstalled them
Like the camera app Vignette
Bought some games too but it isn't much fun playing on the X10 Mini.
Oh, I forgot the
ADW.Launcher a free launcher/Home screen
Scandinavian Keyboard
Without these two apps I wouldn't kept the X10 Mini

For root users -> Link2sd (app2sd like)
Needs a EXT2 partition on your sd card to move your apps to sdcard*
