I know Bonovox. I should have gone with a laughing smiley. At least they're getting quicker releasing them after an announcement.

I'm still trying to work out whether to get the S or whether it will be too much of a culture shock after using the X10 Mini for the last 15 months.

Ive been looking for videos that show the new "timescape friends". Have any of you seen that demonstrated? Only seen the widget briefly and it wasnt configured then. They seem to have ditched the 3d tiles (good thing imo)

I can't see SE bettering this for a flagship in 2012. I think this will be their flagship. I think rumours of mint are more a SG Note type device.

I'm warming more towards the black now.

For me this ticks all the boxes over the Arc:
- Dual Core
- 1GB RAM
- High Res screen
- Improved (albeit slightly) camera
- More rugged design.

I don't think we could have expected more from SE. Will be interesting to see what Samsung bring out, but I will probably stay with Sony.

I don't know why the obsession with 4.5 inch plus screens on phones. Was reading that the rumoured SGS3 will have a 4.7 screen.

The dimensions on that thing will be huge! I found the SGS2 too wide, these two will be crazy. 4 - 4.3 is perfect for me.

I know one handed use makes it hard. A 3.7 inch is just right for me

And also looking at the general design of the Xperia S it looks less likely that this device will suffer from cracks in the housing like it's predecessor the Arc.

I read on another forum that an Arc S user has experienced a small crack just above the sensor.

Is it possible that play.com are actually correct and it's really coming this month? I've just seen that they're not the only retailer to be given info that release is imminent. Clicking on Product Q&A on this page of the handtec website concurs:
