Could it be that some Z1 will have the real Triluminos and some a crappy "Triluminos"? Wouldn't be the first time to happen with Sony ...

xxx.518 looks definitely worse comparing to xxx.510. I guess Sony is still fiddling with settings.

Just want to bring this to the attention of US based users here. As an alternative to importing the Z1, Negri Electronics have the Z1(only in black) up for preorder and arrival date should be around 9/20/13. As a friendly reminder, what they sell are grey market products, so no US warranty. The good thing about Negri is that they're willing to help you claim warranty at the country of origin. As for Z the latest FW made it great both in screena and the camera.
Camera is amazing.
So Z1 will be better.

Well I definitely see nothing will please whiners who always create nonexisting problems.
Like viewing angles problem.

Camera and Screen on the Z were pretty average at first but have got better and better with updates, I know someone with one and the August update made the camera even better.
I'm even considering going for the Z1 myself.
