Likely using ai to further improve image quality. Hope they add macro capability as rumoured. Then improve brightness and UFS 4 with great cooling system to better handle everything including saving faster to micro sd.

there is no excuse. Crap crop from 40MP 1/1.7" again that is gonna come out with focus issues and softness sony is gonna take months to correct. So downgrade of screen was for nothing, novother parts are being upgraded except SoC.

Didn't hear it's my assumption because a Cinema Pro feature developer I met through various specific Sony blog/forums got moved from the app development early/mid last year. She/he was not in a maintenance team that tackle bugs and revisions. I tried to pitch few improvements but she/he had no say in such thing although I was assured the seniors were all aware of the issues and possible improvements that never got implemented. My guess is they have people shortage that can't tackle all the imaging apps at once, again that's just my guess. Or maybe the priority of the road map has changed and Video Pro gets all the love.
