Lucky you i would much rather do that than to sit down and have to tell nearly every other person not to put there card in the machine too soon. Do people not know the meaning of please wait lol! It is an ok job really but you do get alot of people with zero common sense.

Having worked in retail for a number of years, i can safely say theres absolutely no shortage of people with a serious lack of common sense.

Tell me about it i can't understand the logic of some people lol. I'd much rather have average intelligence and common sense than be really clever with none at all. The joys of retail, if you don't laugh you'd cry hahaha.

@lau, i used to work in a petrol station too - good way of earning buck and doing your work at the same time i found (thats if your on a night shift anyways ) i completed many assignment thanks to texco

only work in the back tipping the wagons tho so i get to sit outside n sunbathe alot. n play on my phone lol

I left after 3 weeks but that was 9 years ago lmao!

does anyone here work within a hotel environment?
ive tried to get a job within a retail complex but im finding it hard I will still bug the stores though but w/o experience I think thy just don't wanna bother with you half the time

ive done housekeeping for a eldary couple before so I think i'd like to do this again within a hotel, ive also got kitchen experience was a kitchen manager and I have done a dinner lady post too

anyone care to help me get back to work i'd be very happy for your help!!!!!

oooh... i'm doing work experience now (and i don't even get paid ) working in a nursery (glad i didnt chose the garage cos Charlie (friend (not a girl!!)) sat all day yesterday and today.... doing paperwork
