I'm not sure about this! The T series are phones not much expensive and with a built in 1.3Mpx camera, the "T650" will became more expensive than T610/T630.
So, I'm not interested about the "T650" but about the other new phone!!!
The other phone looks like is based on the Japanese version - if this is true and with similar specs it too will be exspensive.

The "T650" looks well cool , but as for the built in flash, I would be very surprised . The size of the "alleged flash "in my opinion is far too small, especially when compared to the T610 add on flash.
And as for the other phone, well all I can say is "AWESOME"

I had spent over than 700€ to buy my P800 and my P900 and I wont have problems to buy this one.
So, in Japan the SO505i/SO505iS costs about 350€ (with DoCoMo) and I think that an european price could be about 500€/600€.

look at the flash on e715, gx 20 and you will see that the flash or "light" is big enough.....
the only thing that doesn't make sense to me are the screen resolutions, mobile review stated that t650 will have a 176*220 screen while the other one is obviously a so505** clone and therefore it's safe to assume that it's going to have a 240*320 screen BUT that doesn't make sense i mean why would se put different screens in two high end phones?
my guess is that both will have the same screen either 176*220 or 240*320, i personally think the two phones are simmilar to z600-t610
