The referee bla bla bla
Here we go again...he he...learn the football rules first
I´m beggining to think most of you work for the Sun or the Daily Mirror...btw, title of portuguese sports newspapper record today: "to daily mirror with love: god left the queen.beckshome" (yesterday the mirror was saying england would smash us, and insulting record because article about rooney that they misinterpretated on purpose) lol
Tabloidland is really funny

The problem with the referee situation is as always the two teams and supporters will both see differently over the situation.
He did have an awful game though. It wasnt just that decision that was suspect. I was moaning about him even before mr campbell scored
But can we leave him alone now?

See this from other forum...i already said it all, even that we made a real legal goal before that Campbell stuff:
Quote:Oh how the mighty fall, once again Engurland win as much in a competition as Scotland..... sweet F. A.!!
I'm sick to death of listening about Sol Campbell's disallowed goal, repeat after repeat after repeat, yet they don't seem to give us repeats of the perfectly good goal Portugal had disallowed when the ball had quite clearly crossed the line!! It's obvious for all to see, that John Terry's arm was over the Portugese goalies shoulder stopping him from jumping for the ball therefore foul play!! Yes you english haven't got very good memories as the only trophy you have ever won was with a goal that never was but was allowed to stand by the(shock, swoon) REFEREE!! "
Today, our tv showed the images of our goal that wasn´t seen by the ref, ...so...WHO WAS ROBBED AFTER ALL???

and for the record... didnt england win the 1966 final 4-2... so even if the suspect goal was ruled out.. we still would have won?

Mixin, your right about 1966, but there was something strange about that game: it should be played in Liverpool, but, against all the rules, you forced it to be in London

Imagine that the game yesterday was meant to be in the Algarve (your "home" here

and that we made it to be in Lisbon after the tournament started...i imagine you won´t find it funny...
So historically, if someone has the right to be angry, thats us
