One small question: what is the difference between the different versions displayed in "software info"? Let me explain what I mean:
At top, my phone says R3B032.
1. My first question; is this the main firmware? This is the one being changed when upgrading main firmware?
Then comes some info about the LCD and the camera.
Then comes ITP. What is ITP? Mine is R2A
2. My second question; can you upgrade this to R3K004 too? And what is the point of that?
Then, at the bottom, comes "customization" (or at least I think so, did a little translation from swedish =)). My says R1A and EU_4.
3. Can you upgrade these too? And the benefit of this? T9 in swedish?
Read up on using SE Tool, and when updating, you can choose to upload three different files. Wouldn't be ideal to upload all three of them each time I update firmware? According to the SE Tool manual, I only have to choose two of the files (main firmware and SFA).
Can you bring some clarity gbrooks3? =)

1. Correct, that is the version of Firmware on your phone.
2. ITP version is just a string in gdfs and nothing more
3. Yes customization data can be changed easily with a bit of editing
To update the firmware You will need to flash the Main Firmware blocks and also the file system (FS). SFA is software upgrade pack that is just for language change.
