veon: What do u mean by illegal sets? U mean it looks like a T68... but actually, SE didnt produce it? If that's the case, I learnt something new! Wah liaoz!!!

I bought my T68 for $300 & it's already been upgraded to T68mi. It's a steal eh? But I really like the face of a T68i arctic blue... It's a pity that the T300 dun hef bluetooth...

spiv:yeap, dilarang merokok, thanks for your compliment but there are many snatchers today in the KL town areas so dun go wandering in small lanes or leave ur gf along by the road sides

sccrrech: illegal sets are also known as 'watersets' in our country, for other brands like nokia etc, it means that the handsets are smuggled (by marine) hence 'waterset'.But for SE handsets (manufactured locally in M'sia), it's something like taking the handset directly out from the factory without authourization, it's not SIRIM approved (much like the IDA in singapore), all of the SE illegal sets escaped tax and came directly from the workers hence the price is much lower than original approved set, but the cons are there is no warranty and u can be locked up for 48 hours if some authourities get to know that u are carrying one, which happened b4(it's considered something like u are the buyer for stolen sets). But then if u are planning to use it overseas and are leaving m'sia, might as well get one of these sets since the warranty is only valid in m'sia and not internationally.
