Well.. after paying a little more attention to the pics I could notice that 2.41 is a little bit sharper.
Look at the "Memory Stick" label. It's smoother and sharper in pic nš 2. And the blue color of the square that is writen "memory stick" is also stronger on pic nš2.
BUT, I was testing v. 4.42 earlier and I could see that Video Recorder and Night Shots are not as good as in v. 5.6u and 5.6c.
How is it on the new driver ?

to 4.42 is not good video or 2,41...because i don t understand you
...and maybe u can try new driver to tell us and to show us
