Hello everybody,
I just got my Xperia Z yesterday and so far I love the phone. But I have one issue with my device, after using it for a bit it starts to get hot in the upper region, next to the camera, I saw that some people have this issue, while other don`t or at least doesn`t bother them. My question is, is it a general issue with the Xperia Z or is my unit defective? I`m just asking because I can still replace the phone and was wondering if it`s worth it to wait for a replacement?

Yeah i couldn't sleep last night...really i didn't knew that i was awake for the whole night
Yeah got my notifications light working for all(missed call, unread messages, emails, and unread whats app messages)
But it only shows purple LED for everything...is that ok???? i thought it is a multi color LED....so........??????
I got similar problem with the notification LED, sometimes it doesn't work with missed calls or sms
After I turn the Stamina mode off, the LED start to work again...
I believe the stamina mode turn of all of the function of the LED light, I hope Sony will fix this problem in their 4.2 update
So you have to decide whether you want your notifications or to save power

odd, hopefully they fix that bug soon, strange how Sony always mange to have the weirdest bugs in their SW.

As far as I know it is a general issue caused by the processor itself.
Users of Nexus 4 and LG Optimus G have have complained about the same problem - these devices use the same processor.
HTC One and the North American variant of Galaxy S4 will probably suffer from the same problem - their processor is almost the same as the one used in Xperia Z and Nexus 4.
