Heh speaking of good customer service, i dropped my phone on monday, and phone refused to boot up. then when i bring to Sony Ericsson Service Centre at Kallang Pudding, they perform a check and told me my battery is spoilt. Without asking me how whether i have misused the phone, they change a new battery for me without question!! it only took 10 mins

That is what i call good customer service

se is best at exch sets ..as they give you a reconditioned set ... so what is the big deal .. it is still an old 1 ... not a brand new out of the box 1 ..

Well the big deal is they never ask any questions before exchanging one to one with me. For any vendors who will do a one to one exchange with you, you will never be sure whether they are giving you a new set or an old set anyway. So let me ask you whether you prefer to bang table to get your set back in 2 hours or you prefer to get your set back in working order in 10 mins without any banging of table???

Aiyah, a really reliable phone shouldn't need a one to one exchange. Unfortunately, no one's been able to make one yet...
