How does one find the factory sticker that has the IMEI, Serial #, and production codes on the K850i ?
The blogsite Justamp had a photo of a sticker on the battery itself; is this to be expected on the production model.

no this can't be it, since a battery can be swapped out too easily. It may have the imei (unlikely) but it will be on the phone too (one would hope)
You can of course use the SE service menu command to find imei.

...or simply type *#06# into the keypad
I've looked long and hard with a magnifying glass and torch and don't see the IMEI anywhere inside the battery compartment
btw, now that I have just checked... I also don't see it in the service menu as there is no hardware info option as I have in my P1 service menu.

IMEI can be found in the service menu under
service info -> Configuration

I'm a bit annoyed now though. I just took the 4gb micro sd from my TyTN II and inserted it for the first time into the K850.
The K850 recognised it ok and using file manager I can see all the files and use music etc, but on reinserting back into the TyTN it doesn't recognise the card any more.
Back in the K850 all still looks good!
So I guess when I get home I will have to use my pc to copy everything off, reformat and reload and, I suppose, cross my fingers.
I wonder what the K850 did to stop the TyTN II reading it

how bizarre? Perhaps deleting the .ind file that get's created on the memory stick by the camera will let the Tytn read it without formatting?

the k850 reads multi cards, maybe it has some programs running it that caused your card not to be read on other devices... or in this case your TyTnII.
if it work on your other device like digicam, then i gues its a conflict with the TyTn device and K850.
well that is based on some PC glitches... way back 1.44 floppies... remember?
you insert a floppy on a PC, then suddenly it wont run when you insert it on another PC...
hope this is not the case... coz its really 90s if you ask me.
