I felt that the svc pt ppl there had more personal touch. But unfortunately there are two disavantages. 1. If there is a lot of ppl on queue, you have to wait for some time for your turn. 2. They only can do minor repairing like changing parts, accessories or upgrading. Those needed some equipment to test still you have to go to the Svc Centre.
