GUCCI
I don't listen to the radio much, but I think you talking about 'meet me halfway'. Talking about Euphonik, he was on campus the other day promoting Mc D's 24hr Drive Thrus, that was weird.

ALL
Just saw the n97 ad, not bad once again by the Darkside.
Can't believe the robbers targeting malls and blaming it on the recession. They should be happy the interest rate has been decreased. If I fail I now know what to blame it on

@gola: Welcome back! Hardly go to malls...if I do its to do my grocery shopping.

I'm still out and about in Long Street. Right now bumping along to jungle music but soon it'll be hiphop and thereafter some African beats.
Good night to those in bed or on their way to bed.

The godfather of the electric guitar is dead, at the age of 94. R.I.P. Les Paul.

As promised, here are some high Q pix, taken with my samsung GX20 digicam... (Resized to vga with Samsung image editing sw)

I have to say, i played with the N97 for just over 4 hours last night, and i have to admit, I AM BORED WITH IT!!!
Web surfing, and facebook is really nice on it, BUT NO NICER THAN MY 5800.

The sound quality is superior, but that is expected from an 9K+ device.

I stick to my previous statement, If i can have the phone, i will take it, but i will not fork out R5K+ more than for the 5800 for it...

Far canal!! 9K+?!

If any of you ever actually decide to buy something like this, let me know; you'll save yourself R3K+ with the current exchange rate...
Not that I can imagine too many peeps forking out that much cash for a (smart)phone instead of a hefty contract or sizeable pay-in on a lower tariff contract..

@Rhino8: Add a couple of K's more and you can get yourself a MacBook. But I don't think there's too many people forking out that money for the N97...most will acquire through a contract, still at a ridiculous premium for a device that hasn't received rave reviews considering all the hype that greeted its announcement.

@gola: Jungle music= speeded up hiphop beats. The same as house music which is basically slowed down hiphop beats.

PS: I see another Moroccon thread has been closed down.
