which firmware did you use ???
if this will be the problem (even later), C902 will easliy be the flagship-cybershot winner 2008/2009. (much better colors, etc, etc)

yes... Norrköping, (its a test unit for the staff on a mobile shop)
they get it from Sonyericsson headsupport in Linköping, (there my friend works).
