Went to a Cell C store. This guy said they were busy testing their purpoted '4G' infrastructure/network. Some claim some towers are live, ofcoarse this is not 4G, it's 3G, 3.5G.

That was like weeks ago. Whilst articles claimed that Cell C will be the first to offer 21.1Mbps. Hoaxly Cell C! Don't even roam in a measly 3G. I think I've heard that Voda and MTN offer speeds of up to 14+Mbps in some sites, still to confirm.
