to play the psp with other psps and online you need to register your network access code on
www.yourpsp.com then they send you some stuff about it, which i assume is the SSID number. thing is it will take a while to arrive, i registered mine on 1st september and it still hasn't arrived through the post, though on the site it said it may take upto a month. speaking of that still ain't got my psp welcome pack from yourpsp yet.

I bought a Japanese psp value pack (1000k model) a week ago and I'm hooked on it. Have now got it installed in my car and have bought UK versions of Ridge Racer, Coaded Arms and F1 Grand Prix (had the v1.52 upgrade on the disc).
Didn't think the psp would be this good.
Btw. Anyone want FIFA Soccer for £20 delivered or trade ? My grandparents bought it for me but I can't stand football games.
Just need to buy a wireless router now and I'll be sorted.

well first of all
1. Fifa is not an "online" game meaning u ONLY play with other psp "within" range e.g. bluetooth to bluetooth
2. there IS a way to play agaisnt ppl all over the world
2.1 Buy a usb adapter (D-link DWL-122)
2.2 Download xlink kai / xbconnect
2.3 any probs go to
www.pspcrazy.com forums for . more info
3. Do u have a wireless router/access point at all?

Your can go to yourpsp.com and register there to get online gaming (providing your have the wireless internet network)
Also loads of other free downloads etc.

My free SpiderMan 2 UMD arrived this morning, and I registered my 6 month old Japanese PSP at
www.yourpsp.com in the UK on September 1st!
So it looks as though Sony don't/can't check serial numbers for where you got your PSP!!

Maybe useful if Sony decide to include an online chat type service.
