how do we know when to use metering mode "normal" or "spot"? and anyone can briefly explain which condition/situation to use those mode?

if you are more professional, use spot metering, it is use to lock the exposure of the picture that you want to ensure there is enough but not too much exposure of the photo.
For me, i sometimes use spot metering, it is great.

OK, I used that driver, looks good.
Just to get it right:
Open the camera --> enter Tw.Landscape --> Select -2.0EV for 2sec
works !
Back to normal the Value -2.0EV is kept !
Shouldn't it be resetted to 0 when entering "Normal" again ?
Is #COM_EVENT(03,01) the shutter speed ?
Can also used in other modes ?
Just for fun I put #COM_EVENT(58,0f) on Solarize....aren't they red ?

Wrong, it's not the light that changed the color....
But if I were in Brazil my first tip would also be the light....
