Theres fewer tower flats here marga they've knocked them all down, theres loads of new homes being built up the rd from me there building new houses posh expensive ones! The house I live in is quite old my mum wants to buy it but the council wont sell these houses only those that were built 1989 :-( our home is really big but the council wont sell

how many houses are built in your area per year? rough estimation? and for what income-group?
you lot all living with your folks till much later than me hints at a not-so-great-availability of houses for the young (single) and poor.... am I right?

Geez I dont know those are first ive seen but they have made a really attractive flat area nearer west bromwich and a new shoppin area they seem to be focusing on the town lately maybe more new houses will be built when there satisfied its complete! Solihull is nice marga id recommend there or Kingswinford u have a huge indoor shoppin centre there and the crime rate int that bad! They have private 1 bedroom places there :-)

being right next to f1 racing circuit and the m40 2 min away, and the m1's just 10-20 away.
where i live,small town lots of houses,u would expect to pay at least £500 per month for a 1 bed flat
or if u wanted to buy 1,cheeapest flat like that is £105,000-upwards.
how the hell r ppl like me ment to move out of home,when the prices r so high!

The rent on our home is sumat like £350 a mth! A flat ud atleast pay sumat like £70pw it depends what area u live in really the car insurance costs way to much here £800 on a 1.4 shoppin is cheaper here compaired with london!

Its a 3 bedroom front and back garden its a big house u can do loads to it our kitchen is really spacy :-) in kingswinford insurance is just £350ish i did a check my mate lives there :-)
