Zackbuck says docomo will only have Xperia 1 for summer, no Xperia 4.

Zackbuck said that xperia compact exists and will be released in Japan, but not by docomo telecom. Now, xperia compact series never was released without the presence of docomo. So if it is not release by the docomo, it will not be release by anyone. SIM lock free model? Is not real. Docomo will have new pricing plans and together will come the xperia 4.

OK, I'm a bit confused here.
so you are saying zackbucks is wrong, and docomo will release Xperia 1 AND Xperia 4 (compact) for this summer

Sony could launch compact w/o docomo. because main target of compact phones are japan market. They are considering sim-free phones at japan following market change. so even if docomo won't release compact for 2019, there is a possibility for sim-free like J1 compact

Compact aren't really just for Docomo. The fact that only Docomo provide compact maybe they are the biggest or others don't have any interested.

SONY also hv their MVNO brand: nuromobile and Xperia J1 Compact is an example of xperia sim-free phone

DOCOMO with new rules, is unlocked on used smartphones since last month. It is not even your own smartphone. So cheap smartphones will be the main rather than just Simfree category of mvno. Furthermore, it is important for new rate plans. There is ample room for development such as Nuro, Rakuten Mobile and ocn Mobile, but DOCOMO has to win the price-suppressing xperia. Besides, J1compact is not a new spec in the first place, but is a leftover from Z1compact> A2compact. It is different from Xperia 4.

Sorry ZodiacX, but I don't think you answered my question.
So is Xperia 4 going to be released by docomo, and what zackbucks is saying is wrong?
