but they shld try to eleminate the possible bugs before releasing any sw upgrade ,this way it can save us a lot of time by visiting them so regularly

i juz discovered that even when my phone reception is full it seems that ppls also cannot call in.
and also that i have sms to someone and the sms appeared fail so i tried to sms it again and again its was still failed.but the recipent is able to receive all the same sms i sent out to him.
so my question is does anyone have this problem or was it juz me???
my SW is R5c???
any suggestion to solve it if it not the SW problem??
or rather was it M1 problem????
