Are you happy with Smartnet? Was Smartnet fair to you? Did Smartnet provide good customer service? Was Smartnet prompt? Does Smartnet listen to your complaints *and* make amends? Does Smartnet value you as a customer?
If you think Smartnet should RETAIN their Ericsson Service Point status, let yourself be heard!
We can write a petition to SonyEricsson Philippines to retain Smartnet as a Service Point.
