Most of the times i have called them up, the call seems to be infinitely on waiting before it gets disconnected finally. Secondly, when it comes to vouchers, offers, rates, etc these guys are ok. But ask them the slightest technical stuff then they are all at sea. I am totally disgusted with airtel cc.

I think service is d best at bpl & dere r tec guys (even gals) at most their scs. Dey(tec) seem 2 know quite a lot & even go out of their way 2 helpout...like dis gal at shopers stop Andheri knew I was on wap but still gave me d proxys 2 acess html pages.

Tata Indicom is offering 128K (rated) at 2000 (unlimited/pm)
Sify gives 256K (again: rated) at 800 bucks in Mumbai (except my damn bldg due to cable ops tiff)
I am to go for an URGENT upgrade of non func Monitor, Printer AND get Net at home
