I just had a look through the bankrupt companies debts...... It sure is a good thing we didn't pay their last 6 invoices as their is deffo
no money left. Praps the government will have to chip in for their wages? Or the company's owner?
We may have to pay the staff directly but as they're not employed by us I'm not sure how that works legally

yes.... but that's what I'm saying, the employer went bankrupt and there is
no money at all left in the holding....
when there is nothing there, there is nothing to be expected, not even if they take them to court.

i have only 'sift-through-reports' work these days
