Oh my god! I am so stupid! All this time I have been playing with these drivers and there was one thing I didn't try. It was so obvious. AKSD had achieved no hissing in the R1BC file by changing just 3 bits and I was able to increase volume in the R1BC driver by changing another 4 Bits. But my Loud driver still had the noticeable hissing/static of the R1BC driver. So, I thought: what if I combine the changes? You know what? It worked! The combination results in the same loudness as my current Loud driver but the hissing/static is now gone!. Megabass still distorts at max vol. However, I don't think there is much that can be done about that. i.e. The max volume on previous untouched firmware’s was not as loud as the untouched R1BC F/W. So, distortion probably wasn't an issue. I note that Megabase distorts at max vol in full untouched R1BC drivers.
The driver I have created today is a definite keeper for me! At comparable volumes I think the Sound quality is just as good as the original. If anyone would like to download ver2 of my loud driver I have posted it here:

As usual, rename it before copying to your phone and backup your files before copying. I would again remind people that this driver is significantly louder than the untouched R1BC driver. So, if you want to make comparisons make them at the same audible volume. You'll see that the sound quality is comparable at the same audible level. Test it yourself on several songs. If you're not sure rollback to the original driver, test again and then go forward - I doubt you'll go back again.
Credit must go to ASKD for spotting values in W900 drivers that could be applied to R1BC.

I have both the plug ins and the K750 earphones the bass does'nt crack with std K750 earphones and its louder but with the W800 plugins it cracks bad I think the K750 ear phones are better.
