that review is stupid......that guy owns a G800 and brags on it that's all......And all the flash pics are so dark in the review i can take much better pics with my k850
Absolutely agree. Can take much better pics with my K850 as well.
I guess the reviewer had his fingers on th light sensor, as do on most reviews on k850i. They had the light sensor covered, so it produces dark photos.

where do you think this photo taken from?
between k850 and n82? i really don't know.
it's not like k850, too greenish somehow. but it could probably taken with k850 anyway. and i don't really know n82's characteristic so can't find a way to know one that's taken with n82.
but it does remind me of k770 and some other Samsungs anyway. because of the thick color, but very slightly a green tone behind in the background.

Sorry vipera, why do you hate k850 owners? Are you envious?
Give a look at Plank indoor pics and post a real size, not a 1024x768 with 434501 byte...

@Vipera... do have something wrong with your color-vision ???
(or maybe you have a old screen with weird colors, i dont know)
the colors in mostly everyone N82 flash pics looks weird, cant you see that ????
it looks like they have been throwing up all day or something.
(they have a tint of blue/grey colors all over their faces...it dosent looks natural at all)
so please spare me that N82 flash pics looks good. they are just sharp, nothing more.
compare to this K850 picture. WHO ALSO IS TAKEN FROM LONGER DISTANCE

Get yourself a color index book. Open your Photoshop, and the color palette. Type in some RGB codes, than match it with the color index book. That's the simplest way - I think.
As I see the pics in my monitor, I'm okay with N82's pic. Almost no green tint. There's couple of bluish tint, yes, but not much. But when I see the pics in my friend's LCD, N82's pic is more bluish and there's a couple of greenish tone. Still.. the point is, in fact, except for the lack of slightly warmer tone, I like it. It's natural.
In the other hand K850 pics sometimes is yellowish, I agree, but it's also something that's acceptable. With some ISO changes, you can get better colors. The thing I don't like from K850's flash pics is the artifact you get in the full-size pics.
Anyway, mostly it depends on the settings you use. Look at these ones below. Taken from my K850, it's not as yellowish. I just wanna show how dynamic the color range K850 can perform in flash pics. So it's not always yellowish as Vipera said before. (
Therefore, I agree that N82 would probably have the same ability as well if you play with the setting!) ->
I have to bold this sentence cause nowadays many people think, if I stand for K850, then I hate N82! In fact, it doesn't always mean that way. *sigh*

IMO, the latter pics I attached are very close to the tone that digital cam's flash pics have. Let's compare with some digital camera's flash pics.

I don't have that much cams, but I do have some collections of my own.

Now which one's yellowish, which one's purplish? I think it depends on your taste.

Since not all digital cameras even have the same color tone on every of its flash pics (some are yellowish, some are bluish, some are brownish, etc).
To be honest I am quite fed up with "this kinda matter of colors thing". Cause it starts becoming something that's very self-centered. While, IMO, it's very relative.
