for outdoor daytime pics I use auto with daylight WB.. the colors come out great!
night pics I use both twilight and landscape modes... auto mode with flourescent WB is good too...

I have to add that the actual lighting is depicted more correctly in the G700 photo. The Z10 is brighter than it actually was when I took the photos.
