I have a questiin about the C510's speed... My C702 is horribly slow... So slow it's downright painful. Can anyone tell me how the C510 measures up?

Yes indeed its not slow mine has not once slowed or crashed as yet anyway. I had it over a week now. My memory card is nearly full but no slows. I applaud SE for this phone. Although its not perfect(what phone is?)it has features and great performance for a cheap price. Very reliable too. Cant moan. Only thing i hate is camera is not great indoors which is not good for CyberShot.

Maybe a firmware update update should fix it.

Can anyone please confirm if the facebook application is still there on the Orange branded UK version?
You know how they are for stripping things off for their FW.

The black C510 is now in stock at Tesco for 109.97 pounds including 10 quid credit:

Most likely unbranded both phone as firmware, since it's on O2's network. Will still be locked to Tesco thought, might be able to use O2 sims on it, but I'm not sure.

I've now gotten myself a C510... And I'm pretty pleased with it, except I miss the GPS
However, how scrath-resistant is the display of C510? I've yet to take the protective cover it came in off...

You can use a Tesco sim in an O2 phone but not O2 sim in Tesco mobile. But. You can get it unlocked by Tesco after you spend £30 or something with them. Just the same as Virgin do.
