It is same of using 3s + HDR on Samsung or HTC...
Hardware difference can't be matched by software.
Huawei has a sensor twice the size, Premium has two sensors that act like four.
You can set 30s on mate 10, it won't do better than mate 20 Pro.
Cameras don't have the processing power of smartphone but still beat them because of hardware.
Even Rx100 can easily..

And fyi xz2 premium is the undisputed king in low light videography.. Even huwaei cant catch up i think
