I guess you meant the blurriness of the building.
I'm no expert of photos but isn't it because in this photo, focus is on the building in front and background is purposely burred?

I've noticed that the camera uses frame stacking in some shots. If you move during the shot you can get some strange effects like one blurred tree with the rest of the image sharp.
Maybe this is the same issue.

With the new firmware? That issue was present early on which was supposed to be fixed before release from what I could understand from weibo posts.
