Hi TonyG, Yes SESP replace me an HBH20 at the Technician request to SESC. after send in for repair on echo and other partie can't hear you clearly, after recieved back the HBH15, next day sent it back again on voice breaking up.worst both partie can't hear properly.
dairin, HBH20 have better receiption, voice quailty is good.but don't like the design it like a small phone clip on to your shirt collar with a short earpiece. might as well hang the phone round the neck with the earpiece. worst it had four button two for volume up and down and two for on and off.when auswering the phone have to be carefull not to press on the wrong button.

Thks for your info oldman. Another question I wish to ask is using the HBH 20 will the other party hear us clearly? As you had also experienced that our HBH 15 problem is we can hear them clearly and the opposite site could not hear us well. Had the HBH 20 impoved on the sound clearness to both parties? Appreciate you could feed back to me.
