You spotted the problem yourself! It's a Vodafone branded K700i and
not a SonyEricsson K700i anymore. The Vodafone K700i does not support mp3 files as ringtones unless you have bought the ringtone from Vodafone's web portal, and the icons are much uglier than the original ones.
What you can do is to have the phone de-branded, some companies offer that service, or go back to where you bought it and return it and demand your money back. (Or, if you live in Sweden, ask Vodafone for a de-branded replacement, accoding to a commercial they run in TV here currently, Vodafone says "yes" to everything
)

well one of ma friend has also the same K700i of vodafone version
the icons in his mobile's menu r same as in the original one.also in his mobile, mp3 files can be used as ringtones.we both bought the mobile from the same shop n of same model

Other than slide show mode there is no other way u can view the picture fullscreen, unless the picture is in 176x176 resolution.

nope, only 320x240, 160x120, 640x480, 1280x960 resolutions are supported

To view camera pictures with zoom like in siemens pressing arrows make this:
1. Save this html-file as Photos.htm and put it to Other folder of the phone.

Now go to this bookmark and you will see 10 images Pictures(1), Pictures(2)... Pictures(10) each 320x240, just press arrows right and left.

Hey there genious folks! I am a simple man trying to find the answers to two questions:
1) How can I download all the pictures in my phone in one go? I have infrared and I have to download each picture one at a time! Try that with 30 pics!
2) I have tried everything from turning the meeting profile on to turning the volume to zero, it always makes a sound when taking pictures.
I ve got a K700i Type: AAB
Bought it in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Any ideas? Do I update software or somethign like that?
