hey guys anyone know if the HTC- Tytn is available in U.A.E ?
where do you reccomend I should check? any ideas about the price if available ?

Haggling in Dubai. I have been a tourist to Dubai numerous times; I have haggled in some of the smaller shops, but if I was buying from Jumbo or Aptec etc... Do they haggle or offer discounts on mobiles and accessories?

you can't haggle, but you can ask. Sometimes someone working there will be nice. But it's rare.
