Which of the SE sites has the R1N firmware for O2 branded phones? I've tried the UK region and it says my firmware is up to date while I still have the stupid R1L with f**ked up video recording...
Pls someone HELP!!! Or should I try other regions?

Using a different se site won't help. It tells what phone you have by what the phone tells it. (someone here can tell you what info. Im not sure)

Hi! I know its not related to this forum but i just wanted to say that last week I would have asked your good self for a gmail invite but since then ive heard rather unsettling things about the mighty google -
www.gmail-is-too-creepy.com
Sounds like another big brother type system to me...
On a lighter note i may have already asked this but seeing as SEUS is up and running again and it happily lets me upgrade to R1N does that mean its safe to do another update and not have to suffer more memory stick corruption? and also are files only getting corrupted when using the USB cable to transfer them? If i used a memory card reader instead would that solve the problem for now? Its been a busy week and I havnt had a chance to try it for myself.

Last question
I went to SE center near my house. He told me he couldnt debrand the phone, there is a partenrship bewteen SE and Vodaphone (at least in Belgium). He gave me another shop that could maybe do it but it's like one hour from my house.
So i i want to put the offcial (non Vodafone) software, what do i need to do? Use Da Vinci to put the latest official and then update via SE US? So i'll have R1N... official SE?
And if I do that, what do i have to chose as I live in Europe between Europe 1->6?!
Thanks a lot!

Sorry if this has been asked before but, if I did a master reset on my phone, will reflashing it with SEUS, restore the original content like the games and applications that came with the phone?

@homerjay
I believe Hajaz as answered that question....
SE service center wont unlock or debrand handsets... they will however just upgrade it for you...
After you get it unbranded you can pretty much do what Hajaz done
and thats the way the cookie crumbles...

No! That's why you shouldn't do a master reset in the first place

@Vypr
Just a little addition....
If you must do a master reset you have two options on that screen...
Reset settings
Reset all....
Choose the reset settings as this will clear any "confusion" between the old and new firmware... (simple explanation)
The other good thing about this settings reset is that there is no data loss associated with it...
