Hi guys! Sorry ive been busy lately.
Anyway I just want you to know that I have met Mr Gaviola of Sony Ericsson and we talked a lot about our customer service issues and possible future opportunites, among other things. Ill give you some updates maybe tommorow. Update nyo na rin ako on what ive been missing.

sabi nila na SE does not provide customer service itself and that they outsource it from the likes of semicon and smartnet. Anyway here are some points that i stressd when i had the meeting in SE, i hope it was agreeable with you.

1. Although SE outsources customer service, it is not an excuse not to be accountable.

2. By outsourcing customer service, SE might risk ailienating themselves with the customers and be blind to what the customer needs and the issues that has to be resolved. There is a risk that internally, SE would not be customer centered.

3. PSEUG can represent the SE consumers to SE. While maintaining our independence, we will maintain our relationship with SE on certain things where there is mutual benefit while stressing that the PSEUG is more centerd on its relationsip with our fellow users first and SE second.
