Ye apparently in the USA the Satio is sitting at +$850-USD whilest N900 is around $500-USD, not suprising though, since the X1 was at around $1000-USD last i checked, and i think X2 was around there as well. I hate how SE overprices their phones, its ridiculous, then the moment they are discontinued they just drop by over half the original cost. ,im not looking forward to seeing the X10's price.

I guess they trying to cover their costs with these high prices, but then again, not as many people can afford the prices. Especially with thier problems and issues which seem to be a standard feature of their products SE is oVer, not sure if I'm over SE though. lol.

Didn't know the X2 was out already...

Ye thats true bro. I dont think X2 is out yet, that was its pre-order price, but i guess it will be worth a lil more than the Satio.
im not over SE either,i realy wish they could make more affordable Symbian s60 smartphones. When trying to figure out what phone il get next i find myself always going back to SE and NOKIA but both have a weak product range when it comes to mid-ends. I give up, lets wait and see what gets announced. You still gunning for W995 Gola?

Ya, I'm still gunning for the w995, too bad I'm running out of bullets. But with the recession technically over, xmas around the corner and Barca kicking Inter's butt, you never know what might happen hey lol

SE just has that 'fresh' feel about their products, not mainstream like most of the other phone manufacturers. Apple has that too and the iphone happens to also be overpriced and underspecd, yet people still buy em. Difference is, their bug spray works as compared to SE's... so they'll probably come right if they sort out their bugs.

Lol, check out the first link that shows up when you google 'satio'

@ Gola, I also found it funny when the newsreader on the radio spoke about the supposed death of the recession, and in the very next item about the SABC's R1billion bailout. The taxpayer's about to be shafted yet again.

@Rhino You've used Ubuntu before, but for me its fresh and exciting to explore the ins and outs of a new operating system.Everything so far is top notch except for the DVD ripping software that still eludes me.Tried out two applications from the Ubuntu Software Centre,AcidRIP and DVDRip but both couldnt get past the protection. But Im not stressing.I read somewhere that DVDFab has a version for Linux.Going to try and track it down tonight and if I find it then all is good. Will be 100% content with just using Ubuntu.
